Nelson Sauvin is a New Zealand variety famous for its wine-like character: notes of white wine, fresh gooseberries and grapes recall Sauvignon Blanc — the grape it was named after.
Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil is a water-soluble hop oil — extracted from whole cones on the day of harvest, with no drying, pelletising or solvents. It contains no bittering compounds and none of the sugars behind “hop creep”; it dissolves fully in beer and leaves no sediment. It is used for dry hopping and in hop water; the recommended dosage is 3–15 ml per hectolitre depending on the intensity you are after. Shake the bottle well before use.
