Riwaka Hops (New Zealand)
Product detailed description
Riwaka is a New Zealand aroma variety with a boldly tropical profile: passion fruit with grapefruit and citrus.
Its hop oil content is well above average (nearly double that of its parent Saaz) so even a smaller dose comes through in the beer.
It is used in late additions and in the dry hop; ideal for Pale Ale, IPA and modern Pilsner.
