Motueka is a New Zealand variety with a fresh crushed-citrus profile — lively lemon and lime with a mojito character and tropical fruit in the background.
Fresh herbal notes (basil, rosemary) add another layer to the aroma. In the brewhouse it is highly versatile — it works at every stage of hopping.
Great for crisp Lagers, Pale Ale and modern IPA.
