Nelson Sauvin is a New Zealand variety famous for its wine-like character: notes of white wine, fresh gooseberries and grapes recall Sauvignon Blanc. The grape it was named after.
The Amplifire process separates the lupulin from the plant material at very low temperatures in a nitrogen-rich atmosphere, with minimal oxidation. The result is a concentrated form with roughly double the intensity: to replace 1 kg of T90 pellets, plan on 500–600 g of Amplifire.
