    Motueka is a New Zealand variety with a fresh crushed-citrus profile: lively lemon and lime with a mojito character and tropical fruit in the background.

    Fresh herbal notes (basil, rosemary) add another layer to the aroma. In the brewhouse it is highly versatile. It works at every stage of hopping.

    Great for crisp Lagers, Pale Ale and modern IPA.
