    Product detailed description

    Crisp Dark Crystal (Crystal 400) is the darkest of the Crisp crystal malts. Here the caramelisation is taken furthest.

    It gives beer notes of raisins, sultanas, plums and dark dried fruit with caramel; residual sweetness gives way to a gently bitter tone.

    Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Porter and ruby Ales.
