    Polaris is a German high-alpha variety with an unusual profile: cooling menthol notes of mint joined by fruit, quince and pineapple.

    High alpha acids and a high oil content make it suitable both for bittering and for late additions.

    For West Coast IPAs, Imperial IPAs and Stouts; worth trying in Pale Ales too.
