Ariana is a new-wave German aroma variety: passion fruit and pineapple with jasmine and tangerine, joined by the berry character of blackcurrant and gooseberry.
It shows best in late additions and in dry hopping.
For modern Pale Ale, IPA and fruitier Lagers.
