Product detailed description
Monroe is a German aroma variety with a red-fruit profile: raspberry and strawberry with cherry, plum and redcurrant, joined by a hint of orange.
It shows best in late additions and in dry hopping.
For modern fruit-forward beers: Pale Ale, IPA and summer specials.
