Callista is an aromatic hop that is usually only used in late boil additions, including dry hopping.
The main hop flavours of Callista hops include strawberry, pear, caramel, passionfruit and orange. Callista kicks off with intense fruit flavors of passion fruit, apricot, peach and blackberry, as well as some pine.
