Hallertau Mittelfrüh is an aromatic hop that is usually only used in late boiling, including dry hopping.
Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops - or also 'Hall Mitt' - have a specific aroma that is described as subtle but spicy, with floral and citrus notes. Although it can be used throughout the brew, it is most appreciated for its subtle, elegant aromatic and flavour contribution.
