    Crisp Cara Malt is a pale caramel malt with an almost fully glassy kernel.

    It adds an intense caramel maltiness without roasted notes; it improves the beer's body, foam and stability while raising the colour only minimally.

    Makes up to 15% of the grist. Popular in Lagers and low-alcohol beers; it also fits Amber Ale and Bitters.
