    Crisp Cara Gold is the palest caramel (crystal) malt in the Crisp range.

    Thanks to its low colour it helps keep the beer pale to golden; it adds gentle fruity and toffee notes, a fuller body and better foam stability.

    Makes up to 15% of the grist. It supports body and foam in practically any style, from Lagers to Pale Ale.
