    BEST Caramel Hell is a caramel malt from two-row summer barley, made by gentle caramelisation.

    It gives beer the aroma and flavour of honey and creamy caramel, a fuller body and better foam stability. Depending on the dose it shifts the colour into golden to amber shades.

    Makes up to 50% of the grist. For Helles, Märzen, wheat beers and reduced-alcohol beers — and all golden to amber styles.
