    Simcoe is an American variety known for pairing pine with fruit: grapefruit and passion fruit over a resinous, slightly earthy base with wild berry notes.

    Cryo Fresh starts in the hop field: freshly harvested, un-kilned cones are frozen immediately and then cryogenically processed into concentrated lupulin in a nitrogen-rich, low-oxygen environment. The resulting pellets carry fresh-hop (“wet hop”) character into any stage of the brew, including the cold side.
