SafAle T-58 is a strain selected for a pronounced fermentation character — intense fruity and phenolic notes, above all banana, clove and pepper.
It suits wheat beers and fruity-spicy Belgian styles.
Medium sedimentation — once roused it forms no clumps in the beer, only a fine powdery haze.
