SafAle BE-256 is a strain for strong Belgian abbey-style beers — fruity, with a higher alcohol content.
It ferments very fast and creates a pronounced fermentation aroma. To preserve the aromatic profile, we recommend cropping the yeast as soon as possible after fermentation finishes.
