Lallemand Abbaye Belgian Ale Yeast
Product detailed description
LalBrew Abbaye is a strain of Belgian origin for abbey-style beers: from light to strong.
It creates the spicy, fruity character typical of Belgian and Trappist beers. At higher fermentation temperatures it gives tropical, spicy and banana notes; at lower ones darker fruit: raisins, dates and figs.
Traditional styles: Belgian White, Belgian Blonde, Belgian Golden, Dubbel, Tripel or Quad.
