Idaho 7 is an American dual-purpose variety with a zesty tangerine note reminiscent of marmalade. Its herbal character blends with citrus and adds a subtle hint of Earl Grey tea.
Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole hop cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets are roughly twice as intense as T90 pellets: plan on about half the usual dose. Less plant material also means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression with no grassy notes.
