Meridian is an American aroma variety with a sweet-and-sour fruit profile: candied lemon and fruit punch with notes of blueberries and stone fruit.
It shines in IPA and Lager, and in Stout its fruit acidity complements the roasted malts; it also fits Saison, Pale Ale and summer Ales.
