    Crisp Brown Malt is a roasted malt: roasted longer than Amber Malt.

    It gives beer a light brown colour and a dry, nutty roasted character with notes of white coffee and sweet pastry.

    Dosed at up to 5% of the grist. For Porter, Brown Ale, Mild, Bitter and dark Ales: the traditional malt of English Porters.
