Nectaron is an award-winning New Zealand aroma variety with an intense profile of pineapple, passion fruit and stone fruit: peaches backed by grapefruit.
It shows best in late additions and in dry hopping, where the tropical aroma unfolds fully.
Ideal for NEIPA and IPA; it also fits Pale Ale and modern Lagers.
