Waimea is a New Zealand dual-purpose variety. Its high alpha acid content can carry the bittering of even the hoppiest IPAs.

In the aroma, fresh citrus meets resinous pine; the whirlpool and dry hop add tangerine, grapefruit and pomelo.

Ideal for IPA and Double IPA.
