NZ Cascade (Taiheke) Hops (New Zealand)
Product detailed description
Taiheke is Cascade grown in New Zealand: today it carries its own name, because in local conditions it developed a character of its own. It offers fresh grapefruit, floral and citrus notes with a clean bitterness.
Versatile at every stage of the boil; it works beautifully in Pale Ale, IPA and New Zealand Lagers.
