NZ Cascade (Taiheke)

A New Zealand–grown adaptation of the classic American Cascade, shaped by the country’s unique terroir. While it keeps the familiar citrus and floral character, NZ Cascade offers a brighter tropical twist – passionfruit, papaya, sweet grapefruit, and melon. Compared to its American parent, it’s smoother, fruitier, and less piney, with a balanced bitterness.

Aroma:

• Citrus: grapefruit, sweet citrus

• Tropical fruit: passionfruit, papaya, melon

• Floral notes

• Subtle resin/pine hint

Brewing applications:

• versatile – suitable for bittering, flavor, and aroma
