El Dorado is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the beer brewing process. It evokes fruity tones and flavors of tropical fruit. When used as a bittering hop, El Dorado provides a mild and balanced bitterness. When used in later additions, it brings bright flavors of tropical fruit and aromas of pear, melon, candy, and stone fruit.
