Cryo Pop is an aromatic hop blend in concentrated-lupulin form, put together for maximum fruit aroma in the finished beer.
The profile shifts with the timing of the addition: dry hopping during active fermentation develops peach, pineapple, strawberry, guava, mango and orange.
Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole hop cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets are roughly twice as intense as T90 pellets: plan on about half the usual dose. Less plant material also means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression with no grassy notes.
Ideal for NEIPA and modern hop-forward beers.
