El Dorado is an American dual-purpose variety with a juicy tropical-fruit profile: pear, watermelon and stone fruit with a sweet, almost candy-like impression.
Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets have roughly twice the intensity of T90, so start with about half the dose. Less plant matter means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression without grassy notes.
