SafAle S-04 is an English brewing strain with a fast fermentation.
It creates balanced fruity and floral notes, and thanks to its flocculation it produces beers with higher clarity.
Ideal for a wide range of American and English Ales: including heavily hopped beers; especially well suited to English cask-conditioned ales (cask ale) and to fermentation in cylindroconical tanks.
