    NZ Rhapzody (CIP 014) is a new hop variety from New Zealand with an intense tropical aroma: passion fruit and pineapple.

    Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil is a water-soluble hop oil: extracted from whole cones on the day of harvest, with no drying, pelletising or solvents. It contains no bittering compounds and none of the sugars behind “hop creep”; it dissolves fully in beer and leaves no sediment. It is used for dry hopping and in hop water; the recommended dosage is 3–15 ml per hectolitre depending on the intensity you are after. Shake the bottle well before use.
