Alora is a new American variety (2023) with a profile of peach, apricot and sweet melon with citrusy yuzu.

It is rich in thiol precursors: fermentation releases intense passion fruit, guava and tropical fruit from them, so it works beautifully in a biotransformation dry hop.

For modern Hazy IPA and fruit-forward beers.
