Lallemand New England Yeast (for NEIPA beers)
Product detailed description
LalBrew New England is a strain for NEIPA-style beers.
It creates a fruity-estery profile recalling tropical fruit and stone fruit, above all peach. Thanks to the enzyme β-glucosidase it supports hop biotransformation, accentuating the hop aroma in the beer.
It reaches high attenuation (78–83%), sediments slowly and ferments somewhat slower than most Ale strains (reaching final gravity in about 7 days). Alcohol tolerance: 9% ABV.
Beer styles: New England IPA and Pale Ale, American Wheat, Blonde Ale, English Bitters and other Ale styles.
