WLP066 London Fog is the White Labs strain for hazy beers: one of the most popular for the Hazy/Juicy IPA style.
It brings an aroma of pineapple and pink grapefruit into the beer, a balanced hop flavour and a gentle residual sweetness that gives a velvety full mouthfeel.
Attenuation: 75–82%. Alcohol tolerance: 5–10%.
Beer styles: Hazy/Juicy IPA, American IPA, Double IPA, Pale Ale, Blonde Ale, Porter, Stout and other Ale styles.
