Hop oil
Hop oil, or Hop Essential Oil, is the result of a process in which only fresh hops are harvested at the time of harvest and all the essential oils found in the fresh hops in the field are extracted using steam distillation on the farm. This essence is thus clearly different from traditional liquid extracts, both in terms of the raw composition (fresh hops vs. dried soft pelleted hops) and the processing. Thanks to steam distillation without CO2, propylene glycol or other solvents, there is no chance of residual solvent in the extract. The extract contains only one ingredient, it is made only from pure fresh hop oil.
