    Crystal is an American aroma variety descended from Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cascade. Its gentle profile joins flowers and wood with spice: cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper.

    The soft aroma comes through best in late hopping, the whirlpool and the dry hop.

    A versatile hop for Lagers, Pale Ale and more traditional European styles.
