    Topaz is a versatile hop that can be used at any stage of brewing.
    Topaz hop has a light tropical fruit aroma with flavors of lychee, clove, spice, and resinous grassy notes. It is a fantastic hop for dry hopping.

     We recommend it for these beer styles: IPA, American Pale Ale, Bitter & Amber Ale.
