Crisp Finest Maris Otter is an English base malt from the Maris Otter barley variety, grown mainly in Norfolk, where Crisp also malts it.

It gives beer a full malty body and a rich character with notes of baked bread and gentle toffee.

Makes up to 100% of the grist. The classic of English Ales: from Milds through Golden Ale and IPA to Porter, Stout and Barley Wine.
