Product detailed description

YCH 702 Trial is a CO2 extract of Sabro hops enriched with hop oils and standardised at 20 % total oil. It is liquid at room temperature, so it is easy to dose.

It is made for the whirlpool: beer-soluble aroma compounds carry over into the finished beer at a higher rate than from pellets. With no plant material, beer losses and cold-storage needs are lower.

Dosing: replaces T90 pellets at 1 : 10, i.e. 100 g of extract per 1 kg of pellets. Store below 25 °C in the dark; stable for up to three years.

Packaging: 1 kg bottle.
