Product detailed description
Cryo Hop X Phantasm combines the concentrated lupulin of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic with Phantasm powder made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes: a rich source of thiol precursors.
During biotransformation, yeast converts the precursors into highly aromatic thiols: the beer gains an intense tropical, wine-like fruit character.
For thiol-driven beers, NEIPA and modern experiments.
