Wai-iti is a true aromatic hop with lime notes overlaid with the aroma of freshly picked peaches and apricots.
Fresh peaches and apricots dominate the late addition and dry hopping. A nice slightly muted citrus character emerges in the early additions, allowing the low co-humulone and high farnesene content to work their magic and create a subtle clean bitterness. In the late additions and with dry hopping, fresh peaches and apricots come to the fore.
Wai-iti is a great choice wherever you're looking for subtle bitterness, fruit aroma and flavor.
