Southern Cross is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. It has an aroma that includes citrus and tropical fruits with hints of lemon zest, lime, pine and spice. It has excellent essential oils and a low co-humulone content, which when added at the end of the boil brings a fine balance of citrus and spice
