Sládek is a Czech aroma variety with a fruity profile: peaches, passion fruit and grapefruit.
It shows best in late additions and in dry hopping; traditionally it is paired with Žatec Saaz, adding a fruity layer to the classic Saaz profile.
Ideal for Lager, Pilsner and Czech IPA.
