Product detailed description
Servomyces is a natural yeast nutrient. A Saccharomyces strain enriched with zinc (50,000–60,000 ppm) bound directly in the cells, which makes it far more usable for the yeast than mineral zinc.
It is added in the brewhouse roughly 10 minutes before the end of the boil.
It shortens fermentation, supports the uptake of maltose and maltotriose, improves yeast sedimentation and helps limit sulphur notes.
Dosage: 1 g/hl of wort (2 g/hl in propagation).
