Special brewing yeast selected for its strong fermentation character, intense fruity and phenolic flavors - particularly banana, clove, and pepper. Suitable for a wide range of wheat-based beers and fruit-spice-oriented styles. Yeast with medium sedimentation: after resuspension in beer, it does not form clumps, but a powdery haze.
