Kazbek Strong Hops (Czech Republic)

Kazbek Strong is the Czech hop Kazbek in T45 pellets. During T45 processing part of the leaf material is removed, so more lupulin remains in the pellets. The result is a higher content of alpha acids (10.9%) and oils than in standard T90 pellets.
The profile stays the same: spicy lemon and grapefruit over a herbal base of lemon balm and mint, clean bitterness with a noble hop character. A smaller dose gives the same bitterness and aroma.
It shines in Lager, Pale Ale, Wheat Beer and Belgian Ales; great for dry hopping too.
