Kazbek Hops (Czech Republic)
Product detailed description
Kazbek is a Czech aroma variety with a profile close to Saaz, only more intense. Spicy lemon and grapefruit dominate over a herbal base of lemon balm and mint.
Its bitterness is clean, with a noble hop character.
It is ideal for dry hopping: after two to four days the floral and fruity notes open up in the beer. It shines in Lager, Pale Ale, Wheat Beer and Belgian Ales.
