ISY S-Reduce

ISY S-Reduce is a specific inactivated yeast autolysate rich in biologically bound copper, able to remove sulphur off-flavours from beer: including hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), dimethyl sulphide (DMS) and mercaptans.

The sulphur compounds react with the bound copper and are removed together with the yeast, leaving the beer tasting fresh and clean. Benefits:

• reduces or removes hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) from beer,
• potential reduction of other sulphur compounds including dimethyl sulphide (DMS) and mercaptans,
• with the sulphur off-flavours gone, there is no need to extend maturation.

Dosage: 10–30 g/hl. Dissolve AB Vickers ISY S-Reduce™ in roughly 10 times its weight of sterile de-aerated water, mix well, then blend thoroughly into the beer.
