Mosaic is an American variety with an unusually complex aroma profile: blueberry, tangerine and papaya meet tropical fruit and soft floral notes in a single hop.
HyperBoost (YCH 701) is a hop extract enriched with hop oils, liquid at room temperature: made by supercritical CO2 extraction of hop pellets. It raises the intensity of hop aroma while also improving beer yield.
