Product detailed description
Its basic bitter character places it in the middle group of so-called "dual purpose" varieties. It is ideal as a universal base for many styles, such as Ale, Pale Ale, IPL, and lagers. In wheat beers, stouts, porters, and strong beers, it greatly softens and improves drinkability.
It is recommended for first and second hopping to provide a pleasant bitterness, and for dry hopping to emphasize fruity tones in combination with other varieties.
