Breeze is a Czech dual-purpose variety of medium bitterness with a full hop aroma and subtle fruity to woody notes.

A versatile base for Ale, Pale Ale, IPL and Lagers; in wheat beers, Stouts and strong beers it softens the profile and improves drinkability.

Recommended for the first and second hop additions, and for dry hopping to underline the fruity notes.
