    BEST Chocolate is a chocolate malt from barley of the finest brewing quality, roasted by an especially gentle process that keeps the content of bitter roast compounds low.

    It gives beer a dark to black colour and gentle roasted, coffee-like notes without pronounced astringency; the foam stays pale.

    Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Porter, Stout, Schwarzbier, Bock, Alt and Brown Ale: dark styles with a gentle roasted character.
